About
My research examines human states, experiences, and interactions with technology through physiological and behavioral measures. EEG, ECG/HRV, EMG, eye tracking, questionnaires, and controlled experiments are used to investigate how people respond to products, environments, games, and interactive systems.
Methodologically, this work spans the full research process, from problem formulation and experimental design to data acquisition, signal processing, statistical analysis, and machine-learning modeling. Recent studies have examined physiological markers and event-driven EEG features associated with gaming-disorder risk, alongside applied research on stress, affect, fatigue, usability, and ergonomics.
A background in mechanical engineering and automotive safety research provides an applied, measurement-oriented foundation for this work. Building on that foundation, the current research direction extends toward human–AI interaction, particularly the evaluation and design of adaptive, usable, and human-centered intelligent systems.
